This listing is for DIGITAL PARTY FAVOR DESIGNS ONLY. All files will be delivered electronically via email. Please ensure that the email address provided at checkout is accurate and accessible, as all design proofs and final files will be sent to this email. Katrina’s Kreations Lab is not responsible for missed delivery due to incorrect or invalid email addresses.

What You Are Purchasing

You are purchasing custom digital party favor designs delivered via email.
All files are created to reflect your selected theme, color palette, and event details.

All digital party favor designs are sold in sets of 12 (one dozen). Please refer to the pricing sheet for available design options. If you do not see the item you are looking for, please contact KKLOrders@yahoo.com prior to purchasing to confirm availability.

Order Process & Design Form

Once your purchase is complete, an Order Form will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is accurate and active, as all communication and final files will be delivered electronically.

To begin the design process, the Order Form must be completed in full.
When submitting the form, you may upload up to three (3) photos to be incorporated into your design, if applicable.

You will receive:

• One (1) digital mock-up

• One (1) revision, if needed

Once the mock-up is approved, no additional edits or changes can be made, and final files will be prepared for delivery.

Digital Delivery & Turnaround Time

All completed digital files will be delivered via email.

• Standard processing time: Approximately one (1) week from receipt of the completed order form and all required information.

• Rush Orders: Requests needed in less than 48 hours are considered rush orders and will incur an additional rush fee. Rush availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed prior to purchase.

Important Order Information

• This is a DIGITAL-ONLY PRODUCT, no physical items will be shipped

• Files are delivered via email only

• Customer is responsible for providing a correct email address

• Colors may vary depending on printer, paper, ink, and screen settings

• Customer is responsible for verifying all spelling, dates, and event details prior to approval

• Additional fees may apply for complex designs, specialty requests, or premium customization

Due to the custom and digital nature of this product:

• All sales are final

• No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstance
