Each favor is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted to reflect your theme, color palette, and unique vision. Your products are made fresh to order and packaged with detail and care for a polished and professional finish.

All party favors are prepared in sets of 12 (one dozen). Please refer to our price sheet to select available options. If there is a particular item you do not see listed, please email KKLOrders@yahoo.com prior to ordering to inquire about availability.

Order Process & Form Submission

Once your purchase is completed, an Order Form will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout. Please complete this form so we can gather the detailed information needed for your custom design and production.

When submitting your form, please upload up to 3 photos you would like incorporated into your design.

You will receive:

✅ One mock-up of your design
✅ One revision, if needed

Once the mock-up is approved, no additional changes can be made and production will begin.

Processing Time & Rush Orders

Our current processing time is 2–3 weeks from the date your order and retainer are received.

If your event date is within 2 weeks from the time you submit your order, it is considered a rush order and an additional fee will apply.

Important Order Details

• All items are sold by the dozen
• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date
• Final payment must be made prior to pickup or shipping
• Colors and print shades may vary based on materials and screen settings
• Please double-check all names, dates, and wording before submitting — accuracy is the customer's responsibility
• Additional fees may apply for detailed custom requests, embellishments, specialty packaging, or premium upgrades

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized nature of all orders, all sales are final.
No refunds or cancellations will be issued under any circumstance.

Store credit may be considered at the discretion of Katrina’s Kreations Lab for approved situations.
